FPV 5.8g transmitter FATSHARK 250mW 5G8 5.8g TX Transmitter V3
Recently upgraded to handle up to 4S packs commonly used by multicopters, the Fat Shark 250mW 5G8 transmitter offers great mid to long range penetration in a small efficient package. The transmitter has a dedicated 5V camera supply so its plug and play with all Fat Shark cameras including like the 600TVL FPV Tuned CMOS, Pilot cam CCD and PilotHD.
The FatShark 5.8GHz 250mW A/V transmitter is ideal for FPV applications that involve small R/C models and robots. It has a regulated 5VDC output to power low power cameras or other video accessories. Compatible with 2S-3S LiPO batteries.
Your purchase includes a JST/BEC type battery cable, basic 5.8GHz dipole antenna, and A/V pigtail cable
Wiring Information (reference ID label on transmitter):
GND: Common ground
BATT: DC Power In
AUDR: Audio Input, Right Channel
AUDL: Audio Input, Left Channel
VID IN: Video Input
GND: ground (for 5V Out)
+5V OUT: Regulated 5.0VDC Output (optional camera power)Important:
1 NEVER operate the transmitter without a properly installed antenna. Otherwise the transmitter may be damaged and the warranty will be void.
2 The transmitter requires sufficient air-flow during use to prevent overheating. If it becomes too hot during use then remove power and allow it to cool. Do NOT operate without sufficient airflow.
3 The maximum allowed voltage is 13VDC. Do NOT exceed this voltage. The transmitter is compatible with 2S and 3S LiPO batteries. Do NOT use 4S or higher LiPO batteries!
